1.ADDRESS
A physical address is required, please DO NOT leave a PO Box as the courier cannot deliver. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We encourage all customers to verify your information before confirming payment. If you wish to modify or change your address, please contact us when ordering. We will do our best to help you.

2. TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the price of the good you buy from our website. Buyers should be responsible for taxes and duties in order to receive the package. 3.RETURNS
You will be responsible for the cost of returning to Shine Hair for exchange. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

4. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please do not allow DHL/FedEx to leave your package at your doorstep as this will cause the package to be lost. If you insist on taking this risk, we are unable to assist you in this circumstance. All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact DHL to investigate this issue.
