EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS
Return process
Please write to us at vip@shinehair.fr and send us your order number and your requests. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address. When we receive the returned items, we will inspect to see if you are eligible for a refund. Items worn or altered or without original packaging cannot be refunded. We guarantee a refund on all accepted returns.
You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from.
RETURN PERIOD
Return and exchange is only available with 30 days from the date you receive the hair.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For the reasons that do not like the items or the exchange, buyers have to pay the return shipping costs and customs fees. Online custom order could not accept return or change except quality problem.
REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD
Once the item has been inspected and the return is confirmed to be acceptable, a full refund will be offered. Please allow 3-4 business days for the finance department to process the refund.
TRADE TIME
If the customer needs to exchange items, we will send the new item when we receive the returned items and confirm it is in salable condition.
